Kristen Mitchell-Scott was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2018 and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 2021. In 2023, Kristen was awarded a Graduate Fellowship at The College of Law, after successfully completing her Master of Laws (Applied Law), with exceptional results. She completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Japanese and Criminology) at the University of Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at The College of Law in 2018. Kristen joined O’Connor Ruddy & Garrett Solicitors in April 2022, bringing with her a high level of professionalism. Kristen takes pride in being client-focused and approachable, listening with empathy and advising clients on strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.
