Betty Pham

Betty Pham has over 17 years’ experience in the legal industry, commencing her career in residential and commercial conveyancing, estate planning and criminal law.
Completing a Bachelor of Law at the Queensland University of Technology, Betty was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2006.
Betty has been working at O’Connor, Ruddy & Garrett since July 2021 and prior to joining worked as a Solicitor for 17 years in private practice.
Betty’s involvement in a variety of property transactions include drafting and negotiating property contracts, providing advice on “off the plan” transactions, leases, mortgages and subdivisions.
“I feel my years of experience and knowledge enables me to provide accurate and up to date advice to my clients which they appreciate. My goal is to make clients feel at ease by providing clear advice while guiding them through the process. My strength is helping to make my client’s purchase or sale transaction proceed as smoothly as possible.”
